§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the SABA Online Shop (sabaonlineshop.com). The contractual partner is BSB Lüftungsbau GmbH.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer. Acceptance occurs through an order confirmation by e-mail or by shipping the goods.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

All prices are in Euro including the statutory value-added tax. Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay).

§ 4 Delivery and Shipping

As this is a dropshipping offer, the goods are shipped directly from the supplier to the customer. Delivery times are generally 10–30 business days, depending on the supplier and destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by the supplier or customs authorities.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.

§ 6 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, please contact: sabaonlineshop@outlook.de.

§ 7 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure, supplier errors, or improper use of the products.

§ 8 Data Protection

Information on the processing of your personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

§ 9 Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 10 Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
