Q: What should I do if the headset won't turn on?

A: Make sure the charging case still has power, press the button on the case and check if at least one LED lights up.

If the charging case is powered off, please place the earbuds into the charging case and charge for 1 hour. Before charging, please remove the stickers from the new earbuds.

Connect the case using the provided USB cable and connect it to a USB power source.

Q: What should I do if sound only comes from one earbud?

A: Place both earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. Then take them out again to check if both earbuds produce sound. If only one earbud still produces sound, please restore both earbuds to factory settings.

Q: How can I solve the problem that the mobile phone shows it cannot connect?

A: Delete the pairing record on the mobile phone, then search for pairing and connect again.

Q: How can I solve the problem of no sound when listening to music or making calls?

A: On the right side of the Bluetooth connection name on Android phones, there is a settings icon. Click to enter, turn off and then turn on the audio and media mode of the mobile phone. If there is still no sound, please pair the earbuds with the mobile phone again.

Q: Why is there a delay in videos or games?

Affected by factors such as the usage environment, network, and mobile phone codec, different degrees of delay may occur when the mobile phone transmits audio data to the headphones.

Q: How can I solve the problem of blocking or intermittent sound?

A: If there are many Wi-Fi, 5G, or 4G signals or powerful electrical appliances nearby, sound interference and intermittent sound may occur. Please change the environment or re-pair to solve the problem.

Further Tips:

1. Before using the earbuds, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future reference.

2. The earbuds must be fully charged before first use.
