These GTC apply to all orders placed via sabaonlineshop.com. The contracting party is BSB Lüftungsbau GmbH.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The product display in the shop is not a binding offer. By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer. Acceptance occurs via order confirmation or shipment of goods.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

All prices in Euros include statutory VAT. Payment by credit card, PayPal, or Shop Pay.

§ 4 Delivery

As this is dropshipping, our suppliers ship directly to the customer. Delivery time: 10–14 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers or customs authorities.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See cancellation policy for details.

§ 6 Warranty

§ 7 Liability

We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure or supplier errors.

§ 10 Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
